1. What is one surprising thing you learned in Part 4? Why did it surprise you?

I learned that chken macnuggets are made of old chicken that can no longer lay eggs and have vary big breast.

because junk food is so addicting and it taste good.Also some people hate vegetables so they have a hard time eating healthy food.

1) How many calories did your McDonald’s meals add up to? How much fat?

calories=1530 fat=68

2) Did your McDonald’s meal add up to more calories and fat than is recommended for your age (look at the chart above)? If so, how much more?

no it did not. it went under by 320 calories and 2 fat.

3) Did the results surprise you? Why or why not?

yes because not only did I go under the amount but I will lose calories and fat.
